As the profound Missy Elliot once said, "The party’s jumping, get on the floor!" - a lyric which could easily describe Thursday nights at A Bar Called Barry. As ever, the dancefloor was packed with Queer and Alterative types - although after a couple of encounters I did begin to wonder if Q&A stood for Queens with Attitude... Having said that, on the whole it's a lovely crowd and it's a night that's well worth a visit, even if just for the cosy chillout room.
